A 50% deposit will be required for any treatment or training.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must call at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will be transferred to a future appointment. 

Providing less than 48 hours’ notice will require you to pay a cancellation fee equal to the deposit paid i.e. no refund.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and have not notified me you will be late, it is considered a no-show, and you will be liable for the remaining balance of the treatment. Also, if you are late and I am still able to see you, I may not be able to give you the full treatment booked, but you will still be liable to pay the balance in full.

I am happy to answer any questions regarding this cancellation policy prior to you making a booking. I am sure you understand that I have financial commitments like everyone, so it is with the best of intentions that I have introduced this policy.  
 

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the cancellation policy.
