What is Reiki?
Reiki is a simple hands-on therapy originating in Japan that stimulates the body’s natural healing systems and promotes healing on all levels. It was founded and developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. It is a totally safe complementary therapy that can be used with any condition.
Jikiden Reiki retains the original teachings and techniques from Japan, maintaining its grounding, simplicity and depth. It can be described as Reiki in its complete, authentic Japanese form. The word "Jikiden" means "directly passed down" and relates to the same simple way Usui instructed and his students practiced. I am a Jikiden Reiki Practitioner and continue to research how Reiki can work for the greater good. Learning never ends.

How much Reiki will I need?
One Reiki session will be from 45 - 90 minutes. Reiki therapy is a process of healing, therefore you may require a course of treatments is to facilitate deeper healing. The first step is to try a session and experience Jikiden Reiki treatment. Get in touch and I can make a recommendation based on your circumstances.
How much is a session?
A one hour session would be £45 and 90 mins £60. This will include pre and post treatment discussion.
Where a treatment is likely to require more than one session, the overall cost will be discussed prior to the treatment commencing.
